Cédric QUIGNON-FLEURET, clinical sports psychologist and mental coach has been practicing since 2002 in high-level sport and the business world. He worked at INSEP from 2005 to 2020 where he was Head of the Sport Psychology Unit for 6 years before joining the Girondins de Bordeaux football club for the 2018-2019 season as a consultant. Then from 2020 to 2022, he joined As Monaco full-time in the service of the first team and the Academy. Author of the book « Becoming a champion: psychology at the service of performance » published in 2016, he describes his specific approach of mental and performance.

An approach that links the human and singular dimension of the athlete to the implementation of specific mental preparation tools. Author of several scientific publications, he has also participated in many international congresses and conferences in sports psychology.

With the contribution of privileged partners, from different mental specialties and all experts in their respective fields, he coordinates Elite Mental Consulting whose objective is to offer high level athletes, sports clubs, federations, as well as the world of company, elite solutions for optimizing mental performance
